Cables didn’t start as the project it is today. As we originally developed the project, our vision expanded – and it became clear we were meant to build something with deeper purpose, broader reach, and long-term relevance. Because of this, we’ve decided to pivot away from the DEX & RWA chain and focus entirely on bringing real-world assets onchain in a way that delivers actual utility.

What people wanted wasn’t another place to speculate. They were asking for something far more foundational: a way to stake real-world assets. A way to earn. A system that treated non-USD exposure as usable, yield-bearing capital. A place where financial utility comes first.

The new Cables is focused entirely on one mission: making real world assets usable onchain.

Leaving the DEX & Chain Behind

We stepped away from the DEX. We moved past the idea of launching an RWA chain. These weren’t missteps. They were steps that brought clarity. Cables is now focused on building infrastructure that lasts.

The launch begins with cabTokens and the Points Program. Users can stake real-world assets and begin accruing weight in the system. Every deposit, referral, and longer-term lock feeds into a growing reputation layer that determines access, rewards, and utility across the ecosystem.
